I have over 5 years of experience in childcare, having worked extensively with both my own family and other families in my community. My experience spans a wide range of ages, from infants to school-age children, with my oldest niece currently being 7 years old. In terms of the children I've worked with, I have hands-on experience caring for my four nieces and one nephew. This has given me insight into different personalities, developmental stages, and the unique needs of each child. I've played a significant role in their upbringing, contributing to their development and daily care. My working methods focus on creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes learning and growth. I believe in positive reinforcement and patience when guiding children's behavior. I also emphasize the importance of open communication with parents to ensure consistency in care. My strengths are patience, creativity, organizational skills, and adaptability.
