I am willing and comfortable supporting people experiencing loneliness or social isolation, whether younger or older adults, particularly those living alone or simply in need of meaningful companionship. I am also comfortable supporting individuals living with stable conditions such as diabetes, where the role is primarily companionship and everyday support. More than practical assistance, I offer genuine companionship, patience and a strong sense of human understanding. The aim is to help someone feel comfortable, heard and valued, while bringing warmth, conversation and a positive sense of connection into their everyday life. An academic background in psychology and human behaviour, combined with experience in creative fields, has developed a strong ability to understand different personalities, communicate naturally and adapt to individual needs. I am attentive to the small details that can make someone feel understood, and I value treating every person with dignity, patience and respect. Whether it is through conversation, shared activities, creativity or simply being present, the focus is always on making the person’s day feel a little lighter, more engaging and less lonely.
